Welcome to Hunter Street
Homeschool Cooperative
Hunter Street Homeschool Cooperative exists to provide quality educational experiences from a biblical worldview.
-
The Hunter Street Homeschool Cooperative is a collection of homeschooling parents organized in a cooperative homeschool model through which we have a faculty to assist in learning. Our model combines the experience of professional educators and cooperative learning with the flexibility and individual attention of homeschooling. Classes are intended to serve as a supplement to the home education you are providing your child.

Inspired Learning
We view learning as a joyful adventure. To that end, we make our classrooms a safe, inviting, and nurturing place.Engaging Partnerships
We seek to partner with parents as they walk with God in their responsibility to educate their children.Dynamic Development
In relating to God, to one another, and to our children, we desire to be a God-honoring community who walk together in grace and truth.Structured Flexibility
We believe strongly in the twin educational gifts of structure and flexibility.
-
As a ministry of Hunter Street Baptist Church, the Hunter Street Homeschool Cooperative affirms and engages The Baptist Faith and Message (2000), and our Statement of Beliefs.

What started as conversations with many homeschooling families at Hunter Street has now become a reality! In August 2024, Hunter Street opened the Homeschool Cooperative for grades 1-3, with the goal of adding one grade each year. We are thankful for the ministers and church members who have been praying for us!
