Caroline Feltman

Caroline is originally from Tennessee but moved to Birmingham to attend Samford University. She loved Birmingham so much that she decided to make it her permanent home. In 2010, Caroline earned a B.S. in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and completed her Master’s in Elementary Education the following year. She firmly believes that “Readers are Leaders” and looks forward to instilling a love for reading and a desire to be a lifelong learner in her students. She and her husband, Spencer, have been married for 10 years and they have two children. Caroline is a homeschool mother to her current first grader and looks forward to coming alongside other homeschool parents to ensure their children are on track and thriving. She sees great value in homeschooling and having a driver’s seat in your child’s education. With her education background and career experience, she also sees the tremendous importance of a school setting to allow children to grow socially and academically with the freedom to spread their wings and fly in a safe environment. She is honored to be a teacher for the Hunter Street Academy Homeschool Cooperative and cannot wait for the 2024-2025 school year!
